Achel hot Yoga & Hot Pilates

All our classes are suitable for everyone, beginners too.

Hot yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to promote total well being through stretching and strengthening the entire body.

 

Hot Pilates is a fun high intensity interval training class based on the priciples of Joseph Pilates.

Why hot/warm classes?

The room is heated to increase blood circulation to muscles so we can move safely into the therapeutic postures. This increased circulation also brings better blood flow to your organs and glands promoting healing.
